Chapman Radio Renames Studio

March 3, 2010 Tales of a life on the move enlivened a celebration on Wednesday, March 3, just outside the current home of Chapman Radio.com, in the basement of Henley Hall. President Doti, Dean of Students Jerry Price and Chapman Radio founder Dr. Richard Doetkott were among those on hand to dedicate the newly renamed Levy/Kertes Studio, which honors current faculty adviser Dr. Allen Levy and a former mentor to the program, Dr. Joe Kertes.

Super Mash Bros

February 15, 2010 Super Mash Bros, the musical group which has come to be known as band Girl Talk's hot cousin, served songs off of both of its albums. The show was sponsored by Chapman Radio and supported by the Chapman PR campaign's "Pledge To Exist", Dean Jerry Price and Associated Students.

November 23, 2009 Doti was selected by Chapman Radio to be this semester's "Eat to the Beat" guest because it wanted to feature a high-profile administrator. He shared his love for music with an audience of mostly students, playing an eclectic list of his favorite hits, including artists like Gloria Gaynor and U2.

Football Broadcasts hit Chapman Radio

October 6, 2009 Whether on campus or across the country, Panther sports fans are finding access to Chapman football games to be as quick and easy as the click of a mouse. The students of Chapman Radio are continuing to broadcast a live, online radio show to provide listeners with commentary for this season's football games, both home and away.

Chapman Radio gets $20,000 of new equipment

September 15, 2008 Chapman Radio's announcers will use a new, more user-friendly studio for the first time on air Sept 17. The club was able to buy the new equipment this summer because of more than $20,000 donated by Chapman students, faculty members, anonymous sources and anonymous donation matching last year.

Station Fine-Tunes Format Under New Name

February 24, 2003 After a turbulent year, the station formerly known as KNAB launches a more organized platform on campus and on the Internet Wednesday night under its new name, Chapman Radio. "There was no formula to the station before," said Max Knies, Chapman Radio general manager. "We now have set guidelines featuring talk shows and live music performances."
